| Space School was an unbelievable experience. I learnt more in that one week than I could have thought possible. I didn’t want it to end. Amazingly, it hadn’t. I had made it through to become one of 40 hopefuls aiming for a place on the trip to Houston. Judging by the friends I had made in the first week I knew it would be a tough competition, so I was blown away when I got the news that I had been picked. Going to Houston is every kid’s dream; I just never grew out of it, and now it’s about to come true! I can’t wait to talk to people who inspire me, day after day. I can’t wait to find out how to be exactly like them. I’d love to continue learning and go on to study a Physics, Astronomy or Engineering degree. The aim being to, with a little luck, work in space exploration projects of the future |
